Brompton Cemetery

Architect Benjamin Baud designed the Grade I listed Chapel; it was built in 1839, in the style of the Basilica of St Peter’s in Rome. Mundy Roofing installed new lead weathering in Codes 6 – 8 during the renewal process.

Great Northern Hotel

New Welsh Slate roof coverings to curved roof areas. Included New lead sheet weathering to dormers, valleys, gutters, ridge, hips and eaves detail.

St Pancras Chambers

Grade 1 Listed Building – Mundy Roofing undertook the total restoration of the roof of St Pancras Chambers. The project included using Slate, Lead, Zinc and Copper. The slates were Westmoreland 3rd quality Elterwaters random and diminishing in courses. In situ Lead gargoyles and lions were constructed for the clock-tower as well as standard Lead coverings to the gutters and Dormer Cheeks.

Temple Church

Principal Contractors. Scaffold with temporary roof over the whole church. Renewal of 4no Central Valleys using Codes 7 and 8 Sand Cast Lead Sheet.

St Paul’s Cathedral

Grade 1 Listed Building – New Sand Cast Lead Weathering to Clock Tower and Bell Tower roofs along with new Lead work to Cornice Drip edges.

Grey’s Court, Henley-on-Thames

Mundy Roofing undertook the re-roofing of this National Heritage Flagship Property, re-roofing the entire structure using 50% new hand made Clay Peg tiles and re-using existing Clay Peg tiles where possible. We also completed all new Lead and Zinc work to flat roof areas including all lead flashings.
